Poster Title: Capitalize the first letter of the first word ONLY, except for acronyms or abbreviations in which strict upper or lower case letters are essential.

Author Name(s): Names should be written as first name, middle initial (if needed) and last name. Please indicate the presenting author with an “*” at the end of the name. Include the email address of the presenting author.

Institute/s Address: Do not include street addresses. If the authors are from different institutions, please identify with a number (1, 2, 3…) following the name. Superscript formatting should be followed.
