Guidelines For The Societal Awards
- The societal awards will be given on the basis of the Academic Performance Indicator (API).
- For API, papers published in Scopus/NAAS or UGC listed journals will be considered only. No publication will be considered without ISSN/ISBN.
- In the case of combined publication, 70% of the marks have been fixed for the first author and 30% will be divided into all the remaining authors/s.
- Only a completely filled application will be considered for the award.
- For applying the societal awards, minimum API should be as follows:

An interested person is requested to submit an online application, filled API Proforma the latest copy of C.V. and NOC form of the employer by October 25, 2024. A candidate selected for the award has to pay the award fee of ₹ 7000 (Fee has to pay after selection for the award). The Academic Performance Indicator (API) Proforma and NOC format may be downloaded from the society’s website.
Note: Best Oral/ Poster presentation awards will be given in every session theme wise. For the Best Oral/Poster Presentation, an award fee/membership is not required.
